Denver Police Museum Presents Hispanic Heritage Trailblazer Award

The Denver Police Museum is honored to present this year’s Hispanic Heritage Trailblazer award to retired Denver Police Commander Rudy Sandoval. Commander Sandoval was well known and appreciated by the staff and community members of District 4, where he was assigned. During his 50 year career, he also supported several other units within the department, including the Gang Unit, Mounted Patrol, the Auto Theft Team, and the Broncos Security team. Commander Sandoval’s work and legacy continues and the Denver Police Museum would like to thank him for his service and congratulate him on receiving this well-deserved award.
