Police Week 2026 was an outstanding success, marked by several meaningful recognition events across the department. This year’s observance included recognition of the dedicated employees of the Denver Police Garage, whose behind‑the‑scenes work keeps our officers safe on the road. The week also featured the reading of official proclamations honoring Detective Cody Davison and Retired Police Chief Dan O’Hayre, recognizing their exceptional service and lasting contributions to the Denver Police Department.
